How to Use the Incident Search Tool
Purpose:To investigate specific incidents (e.g. slips, falls, unauthorised access) by identifying who was present at or near a location during a particular time.
Steps to Use Incident Search
Go to the Asset Facility from the home screen.
Click on Incident Search.
In the Checkpoint dropdown, choose the location where the incident occurred
Examples: "Vivo", "Lift Lobby 3", "Ladies Toilets".Enter the Date Range for when the incident took place.
Adjust the Time Range to focus on the period surrounding the incident
Example: 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM for a lunchtime event.Click Apply.
The results table will display individuals present at that location during the selected time.
Use the names and timestamps to assist with follow-up, documentation, or reporting.
💡 Tips for Effective Use- Narrow the time frame to reduce irrelevant data.
- Choose accurate checkpoints to ensure precise location tracking, especially in large or busy facilities.
