Monitoring Staff & Equipment (Asset Checkpoint Durations)

InfoPurpose:
To track how long individual staff or pieces of equipment spent at specific locations on a given day—useful for analysing productivity and usage patterns.

⏱️ Steps to Use Asset Checkpoint Durations

  1. Go to the Checkpoint Facility from the main dashboard.

  2. Click on Asset Checkpoint Durations.

  3. Use the Checkpoint dropdown to choose the location for analysis.

  4. Use the Date dropdown to select the specific day you want to review.

  5. Review the Asset Checkpoint Durations table, which shows:

    • Checkpoint Name: Confirms the area being analysed

    • Asset Names: Lists staff or equipment detected at that checkpoint

    • Duration: Time each asset spent at the checkpoint
