Monitoring Time at Checkpoints (Checkpoint Durations)

Purpose:
To review how much time is being spent at specific checkpoints by staff or equipment, supporting compliance for cleaning, maintenance, or security standards.

🕒 Steps to Use Checkpoint Durations

1. Navigate to the Checkpoints Facility from the dashboard.

2. Click on Checkpoint Durations.

3. Use the Date Range selector to define the analysis period
   Example: Select a day, week, or custom range.

4. Review the Checkpoint Durations table, which includes:

   • Checkpoint Names (e.g., "Ladies Toilets", "Nicholson Court Entrance")

   • A Duration column showing total time spent at each checkpoint

📊 Practical Applications

• Confirm cleaning standards are being met in key areas.

• Validate regular patrols for security-sensitive zones.
