How to Add and View Cleaning Checklists

This article explains how to access, complete, and review checklists for your assigned cleaning or maintenance site using the Exact Comms Facilities platform.

📝 Step-by-Step Instructions

🔐 Step 1: Log in to the Facilities System

  1. Go to https://facilities.exactcomms.com

  2. Enter your login credentials:

  3. Click Login

📍 Step 2: Choose Your Site

  1. After logging in, navigate to the Facilities tab

  2. Locate the site you're working on (e.g. Maryhill Housing Association – 45 Garrioch Rd)

  3. Click the Checklists button next to the site name

📋 Step 3: Open the Site Cleaning Checklist

  1. Look for the checklist titled “Site Cleaning Confirmation”

  2. Click Completed Checklists to review previous entries or start a new one

➕ Step 4: Start a New Checklist

  1. Click the “+ Complete New Site Cleaning Confirmation” button in the top right

  2. A blank checklist form will open

✍️ Step 5: Fill In and Submit

  1. Answer the key question:

    “Has the location been cleaned?”

    • Select Yes if clean

    • Select No if not clean

  2. If you select No:

    • Enter the location name

    • Write a brief explanation in the comments section

    • Upload a photo using the “Choose Files” button

  3. Click Submit once the checklist is complete
